Silverstem provide holistic care services that allow clients to maintain their lifestyle in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our professional, trustworthy care staff will ensure you and your loved ones are safe and healthy by providing assistance with many different personal care packages from a few hours to 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Dementia Care
Every person is different. And every person with dementia should be looked after in accordance with their individual needs and requirements.
Our staff are highly trained to understand these specific needs and provide support in all aspects of day to day life to ensure the health and wellbeing of our individual clients.
Supported Living

Therefore, people with mild to moderate learning disabilities and enduring mental health problems are no exception when it comes to living ordinary and fulfilling lives. We therefore ensure that suitable accommodation will be provided as needed according to each individual client's needs.
Housekeeping
Silverstem provides live-in or live-out housekeeping services which may include; cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, shopping or child care; depending on one’s requirements. We will provide a clean, healthy and homely environment.
